What is Outale Voice?
Outale Voice is customer feedback and complaint management software for businesses. It brings private feedback, customer suggestions, team replies, and progress tracking into one workspace.
Do my customers need an account?
No. Customers can leave a rating or an idea without signing up. After submitting, they receive a private link to read replies and follow their feedback.
Will this replace my existing business software?
It works alongside the tools you already use. Share your feedback link or display its QR code; your booking, sales, and membership systems can stay as they are.
Is customer feedback public?
Feedback starts private. The community board contains separately reviewed public suggestions. Internal team notes stay inside the business workspace.
How do customers see a reply?
Customers return using their private tracking link. Replies and updates are available there. Email and SMS notifications are not currently included.
Can I try it before setting up a business?
Yes. The interactive demo includes sample feedback and a customer portal. It works without an account and keeps demo changes in your browser. It does not contain real customer data.
